In May 2018, he was offered a position at Medanta but his love for his motherland brought him back to Gujarat. He joined the leading Gastroenterology centre of Gujarat, Surat Institute of Digestive Science (SIDS HOSPITAL) as a consultant Gastroenterologist and he continues to serve the population of South Gujarat with his expertise.Dr. Nisharg entered the field of medicine in 2005 where he started his journey as an MBBS student from C.U. Shah Medical College, Surendranagar, Gujarat. He graduated with flying colors in 2011. He was the first student in the history of his college to secure 900 All India Rank in the first attempt!
